Refer us a landlord and help the homeless

We rent properties from landlords who care for their investments as much as we care for our tenants.

If you have a landlord in mind who has a property to let through our guaranteed rent model, you could earn £200 for a successful referral*, or you can opt for us to donate £300 to Centrepoint, our chosen charity for young homeless people in the U.K.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Landlord referred to us must have signed a guaranteed rent contract. Our other landlord services are excluded from this offer.
  • Sum of £200 will be paid by bank transfer to the referee’s account or £300 to our chosen charity once a successful referral has been made, and a contract has been signed by ETB Group and the homeowner.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the fund to be paid from the point of the contract being signed.
  • One payment per referral.
  • Cannot be exchanged.
  • ETB Group reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any point.
